Elastic was commissioned by NHS Lanarkshire in partnership with Terrence Higgins Trust Scotland, to help raise awareness and improve uptake of the freely HIV Self Testing Kit which can now be delivered by post. The brief was to engage with the key target groups most at risk within Lanarkshire – increase general awareness of HIV and communicating how easy it is to get tested. Elastic developed a flexible, inclusive social media strategy and campaign creative for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Scruff.

The campaign delivered a 50% increase in testing in just 5 weeks.
Throughout this process we have found Elastic to be responsive, patient and extremely supportive.
