Invesis, a pan-global infrastructure investment firm backed by PGGM, needed its digital presence to catch up with its ambition. Elastic Creative was commissioned to deliver a full website refresh, including two films: a brand story showcasing Invesis’s culture and expertise, and a people-led piece featuring staff testimonials.
Invesis
Creative approach
Invesis operates in a sector where most corporate websites look remarkably similar: formal, static and cautious. We saw an opportunity to do things differently.
Rather than defaulting to convention, we built our approach around movement and energy, using considered animation and motion design to bring Invesis’s long-term investment philosophy, sustainability commitment and infrastructure projects to life.
Crucially, we never lost sight of who we were talking to. With public-sector PPP clients, procuring authorities and consortium partners as the primary audience, every message had to build confidence and credibility first.
The people-led films weren’t an exercise in employer branding, they were proof: real testimonials from the team demonstrating the calibre and collaborative culture behind every project, from hospitals to flood defences.
The result balanced ambition with discipline: bold enough to stand out, sharp enough to stay on message.
"The website looks AMAZING. So clean and contemporary but also reflecting our culture. You've done a stellar job."

"Lauren, Guy and the wider Elastic team took the time to really understand our vision and brought it to life with creativity and professionalism. They transformed our website into a much more engaging experience and produced two films we're incredibly proud of. It was a pleasure working with the team, and we'd happily recommend Elastic to organisations looking for a creative partner that combines strategic thinking with high-quality delivery."

The outcome
The refreshed website gave Invesis a digital presence that finally matched the scale of its work. A new WordPress-built website, with multilingual infrastructure to support its growing European footprint, now positions Invesis clearly as a specialist long-term partner in public infrastructure, not just a financier.
The two companion films added a human dimension that no amount of copy could achieve alone. The brand story film distilled Invesis’s expertise and culture into a compelling five-minute narrative, while the people film let staff speak for themselves, building the kind of trust that matters most to procuring authorities and consortium partners.
Together, the website and films gave Invesis a consistent, confident story to tell across every touchpoint, from client pitches to staff away days, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted delivery partner on projects that shape communities across Europe and globally.
