Space Saving Design

Arguably it takes far greater skill to create beautiful design out of a small space as opposed to the creative freedom of a designing withing a large space. Brooklin based architect Tim Seggerman has created space where before there seemingly was none with this New York studio apartment.

Transforming the layout with a bedroom loft above the kitchen area that includes a hidden library and storage space. The new layout makes use of all available areas creating a beautiful clean cabin like interior out of a previously over cluttered space.
