ETB – the refurbished servers, storage and networking experts – contacted Elastic to help them evolve the ETB brand and develop a brand marketing strategy to help the business increase market share.
Already seeing success in ecommerce, the business had identified that the brand was ready for development to help firmly establish ETB as the number one choice for product and service.
Following a brand-id workshop, to help the team clarify their business values, better segment their target audience and define their new brand voice – we set about creating an exciting new visual identity that communicate their services, value and unique personality.
New templates and content for their ecommerce website were designed and optimised to take the brand experience online – and we used considered market research to develop a programmatic digital advertising strategy to increase brand awareness.
We captured ETB’s fantastic service process in a video shoot on location at ETB HQ and incorporated the footage into an advertising campaign. Ads will be seen on the editorial websites their target audiences follow day to day, raising awareness of ETB’s services and driving highly relevant vistors to the ETB website.
