Researching the target audience and competitors
Armed with the output of the brand workshop, the digital team researched the target audience online to build a picture of their activity and use of search terms around the subject of access control. Adding competitor research to this we had the information required to create an effective site map and content plan for the new TeamCard website.

The creative team developed the user experience designs for the new site to clearly communicate what TeamCard is, what it can do for its customers and provide evidence of trust and happy customers. Pulling it all together, the development team built and populated the fully responsive website ready for launch.
