HSPC approached Elastic to give their brand a much needed refresh, and bring them in line with competitors. They required a new brand applied to: a new logo, printed collateral and a website.
The logo needed to be practical and used across a range of branded materials including print and web. A simple yet bold friendly looking branding identity was created, firmly placing them as a strong contender in the highlands and islands property market.

HSPC have a strong market share of the Highland region but are never complacent. With digital advertising already performing well, the HSPC team were keen to reach a wider audience via regional TV advertising. Elastic created, produced and delivered a joyful mini campaign of 3 animated adverts for broadcast on STV live and VoD channels.
With many options for demographic and regional targeting – and with a wide range of lower cost production techniques – TV is more affordable than you may think and is well within reach for small to medium brands.
Since the brand refresh, hspc has seen an 18% increase in sales on properties sold by member firms, and a 15% increase in traffic to the hspc website. This has boosted their position within the highlands and islands market in regards to property, and have become instantly more recognisable.
